My guesthouse in Chiang Mai hosted Thai cooking classes and I thought I should sign up - until I figured out that I could just stop by, watch, and taste everything for free! That is, thanks to gracious cooks like these cool gals, and the chef, appropriately named Soot... The food was amazing, I gotta say.
