Ayutayá 2

I had so much to see in the morning that I rented this scooter:

... though I really wanted this thing: 

 and visited many, many amazing places:

  

 including the Ayutayá Museum:

 these sculptures date from the early 14th century...

  

  

 It was impressive to see the way Thais continue to worship even destroyed Buddhas:

 and how much power is retained even by ruins...

I decided that the old Ayutayá stone style is my favorite so far.
